This summary describes the surgical management of recurrent bowel endometriosis following a prior colorectal resection. The treatment, demonstrated in a surgical video, involved laparoscopic intervention with robotic assistance at a tertiary referral center. The patient, previously part of a randomized control trial and having undergone significant surgeries, showed recurrence and was treated successfully through excisional techniques, ensuring organ function preservation and minimizing postoperative complications.
